Ich heiße Maurizio und komme aus Sardinien aus der kleinen Fischersiedlung Cabras in der Nähe von Oristano.
Seit 2003 bin ich dauerhaft in Hamburg lebend. Zunächst arbeitete ich in einem Eiscafé und sammelte anschließend in der Trattoria Brunello in Poppenbüttel als stellvertretender Betriebsleiter meine Erfahrungen, bis ich im Dezember 2014 den großen Schritt in die Selbstständigkeit wagte.
Mit meinem eigenen Ristorante MauriziO wird somit ein langjähriger Wunsch endlich wahr!
Ich lege sehr viel Wert darauf, dass in meinem Ristorante “à la mamma” gekocht wird – Überzeugen Sie sich selbst!
